Probus says that you should always carry on all Probus activities a card.

The card should have your Identification details and medications list, and your emergency contact details, normally friend or family. Not necessarily your partner because if you are away and something happens to both of you, whom do the emergency services contact then?

We supply in the membership package when you join our club, a Quota Vial of Life card. Please fill out the details and keep it with you other cards. It folds to credit card size.

Or you normally can pick these cards up at our local RACV shop.

If you have misplaced yours, or if it becomes out of date please ask our membership officer for a replacement.
